A Trip to Rephuel ✈️✨
We’re heading to Ghana with Dr. Robin for a journey that’s more than just travel — it’s a chance to rephuel your spirit through culture, connection, and good energy. This isn’t your typical group trip. It’s been carefully designed to give you the true essence of Ghana while leaving space to reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself and others.
Over 8 days, you’ll experience Accra’s vibrant heartbeat, savor incredible food, and immerse yourself in traditions like drumming, cooking, and batik-making. Between cultural adventures, you’ll also have time to simply rest, breathe, and let your energy restore.
The trip begins with a warm welcome dinner and unfolds with a powerful rhythm: wellness sessions, local conversations, and moving visits such as Cape Coast Slave Castle and Kakum National Park. We’ll connect with a Ghanaian host family, spend time on the beach, and soak up Ghana’s music and nightlife.
Every moment is about balance — learning and joy, activity and stillness, depth and lightness. Whether Ghana has been on your list forever or this feels like brand-new territory, this is your invitation to explore in the most personal, powerful way.
Come ready to explore, connect, and truly rephuel. Ghana is calling — are you answering?

We will kick off the day with a late-morning start and head out to explore Accra with a knowledgeable local guide who knows the city inside and out. The tour includes a drive through some of Accra’s most iconic spots; from the historic fishing community of Jamestown to the powerful Kwame Nkrumah Memorial and the symbolic Black Star Square. You will get a real feel for the city’s rich history, culture, and lively energy. Later, we dive into creativity at a crafts market, where you’ll engage with local artisans, try your hand at traditional drumming in an interactive session, and pick up handmade souvenirs. Midway through, we’ll stop for lunch at Azmera, where you’ll enjoy a delicious spread of traditional Ghanaian dishes; a perfect way to taste the culture.
The day continues with a visit to a serene space dedicated to one of Ghana’s most treasured natural resources: shea butter. At Hamamat’s Shea Butter Museum, you’ll take part in a shea-making experience, learning about the cultural significance, traditional production process, and healing properties of shea from women who’ve preserved this heritage for generations.
We return to the hotel in the late afternoon. The evening is yours; rest or explore on your own.
Dive into an enriching cultural immersion day hosted by knowledgeable experts and a welcoming Ghanaian family. Your experience begins with a late morning transfer to a family home, where you’ll participate in a variety of hands-on activities: create your own batik cloth and take it home as a souvenir, learn traditional cultural dances and local language phrases, join a guided cooking class highlighting Ghanaian ingredients and their nutritional benefits, and enjoy an interactive herbal tea session showcasing simple local remedies.
After this immersive experience, transfer back to the hotel for some free time to relax and enjoy the evening at your leisure.
Optional add-on activity to book: Afrofuture experience(VIP tickets)
We leave Accra early and head straight to Kakum National Park for a guided walk through the rainforest and an unforgettable walk across the canopy walkway, suspended high above the forest floor. The views are stunning, and there’s a quiet thrill in being surrounded by so much natural beauty. After that, we make our way to a beachside resort for lunch for some good food & ocean breeze. In the afternoon, we visit Elmina Castle for a private tour. It’s a heavy but important experience, walking through the dungeons and standing at the Door of No Return.
Start the day with a revitalizing morning workout session led by Dr. Robin, designed to energize, strengthen, and reconnect you with your body. The session includes high-intensity training, strength and functional exercises, mind-body recovery techniques, and refreshing immune shots, fresh coconuts, and seasonal fruits to fuel your day. All fitness levels are welcome, and the focus is on starting the day with energy and intention.
After the workout, join an intimate wellness and networking mixer where Dr. Robin and local wellness leaders guide a discussion on personal growth, purpose, and real-life wellness practices. This is a space for meaningful connections, inspiring stories, and open conversation about what wellness truly means today.
In the afternoon, return to the hotel to rest, recharge, or explore at your leisure before the evening festivities. As the evening unfolds, we come together for a special New Year’s Eve dinner, followed by a transfer to a lively New Year’s Eve party experience, dancing, laughing, and welcoming the year ahead until daybreak; a night of unforgettable energy, good vibes, and new connections.
Today is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Take the time to rest and recharge after the past few days of activities, or venture out to explore Accra on your own. Whether you choose to discover local markets, sample delicious street food, stroll along the coastline, or simply relax at the hotel, the day is completely open for you!
